Delete your account

You can delete your Talabatk A account at any time, in the app or by asking us if you can't open the app.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to My account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is closed immediately and you're signed out.

Without the app

Send us a WhatsApp message from the phone number registered on the account saying "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days at most and let you know.

What gets deleted

• The account itself: you can no longer sign in with it.
• Your name, email, birth date, gender and profile photo.
• Saved addresses, favorites and notification tokens, so you get no more notifications.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep records of orders already placed (order number, amounts, date and phone number) because they're needed for accounting, invoices and courier earnings, and to stop the new-customer discount being claimed again with the same number. These records are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
